BIO Fault is a single-player horror adventure game where players assume the role of a scientist in a secret laboratory. The main goal is to correct a dangerous biological mistake by destroying a creation, involving experimentation with devices, combining ingredients, and managing resources like a power generator for survival. Players must also evade a fast and intelligent mutant adversary in a dark and creepy atmosphere.
